Hello! It's almost the weekend and I hope you are all pumped for a few days off! So I have been thinking about the people I have known to be great leaders and I found that they all have one thing in common. They are lions so to speak. They aren't afraid to think outside of the box, put themselves on the line or stand up for what they believe in. To be honest, I am not like this at all. I would rather go with the flow than swim against the current. I am essentially the sheep. Being a sheep isn't terrible, but by being meek and mild what am I accomplishing? How am I impacting the people around me if I don't make my viewpoints and ideas clear? The good thing is I have the power to transform from the sheep to the lion. It will just take some courage and confidence. I am definitely not saying to change who you are, but think about doing things a little differently than normal and see where it takes you. That's my challenge to you for the upcoming week. Go outside of your comfort zone! It could lead to amazing things :)
