Leadership: 45 Life Lessons Written by a 90-Year-Old Woman

Advice from someone a little bit older and a little bit wiser can be the key to saving your day. I stumbled across this article today and it really helped me turn my attitude from crappy to happy. Turns out this woman isn't 90, but somewhere in her 50s. She may not be as old as previously thought, but good advice is good advice all the same. Here is a little taste to some of her very valid observations:

1. Life isn't fair, but it's still good.

4. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.

15. You can get through anything if you stay put in today.

18. When it comes to going after what you love in life, don't take no for an answer.

23. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.

36. Don't audit life. Show up and make the most of it now.

43. If you don't ask, you don't get.

45. Life isn't tied with a bow, but it's still a gift.

These are the ones that really stuck out to me. However, there are 37 other beautiful insights that could change your life. So check out the rest of the article at

And most importantly have a wonderfully significant day today :)
