Weekend Trip to Amsterdam

I'm back everyone! Sorry for the few day absence, but I didn't have my computer on me during this trip. I shockingly packed light for once :)

Over the weekend I visited Amsterdam in the Netherlands. I had never been before, so I thought I might as well see it at least once.

The canals were beautiful! It was amazing to me that there was such an ample amount of water in a big city! I feel like it is what makes Amsterdam unique amongst the other must-see cities in the world.

There are also a few really cool things to do there!

Here's a short list:

1. Ann Frank House
2. Van Gough Museum
3. Rembrandt Museum
4. Canal boat tour
5. Bike ride

Due to the fact that I was only there for a few days, I am sure I missed out on some amazing things, but I had a really nice time there.

Amsterdam has an infamous reputation, but you can go there and have a good time without all that :) It is a beautiful city with many historical and art based attractions, so if you are into that I suggest going to see it at least once!

I hope everyone had a divine weekend and that you are fully ready for the week ahead!

  1. What could be better, than having Weekend trip in Amsterdam. I will certainly go there, and rest no worse than you. However, could you tell, what kind of transport do you used when you was here? I know only taxi: Which I will use when I will be there, but I must prepare my purse for cheaper traveling.

    1. I used the bus system when I was there! I can't remember how much it cost, but I remember it being relatively cheap. There are maps of the routes and everything, which makes it super easy to navigate. I hope this helps!
