A few posts ago I promised that I would review some of the beauty products I picked up at Ulta when I went with my sister. Well yesterday, I spent ample time trying them out and finally have my own opinions. I have to say that both of them are amazing. Normally there is always a product in the bunch that I don't love, but that was not the case with this haul.

I have been putting on the body butter every night before bed and I have noticed a huge difference in my dry spots. So far, so good with this one!
The next product I wanted to try was the baked blush from NYX in the shade Journey. I was pleasantly surprised that this blush can double as a highlighter! My cheeks had the most beautiful pink glow after applying. Not only that, but it was shiny all day long, which is amazing. I am interested to see if all the blushes in this collection have the same effect on my skin. I would definitely reccomend this if you are looking for a blush with a little glow to it.
Next was the NYX lip liner in the shade Tea & Cookies. I have to say that the color was way different than what it appeared. The pencil looked more neutral, but it turned out to be a very plush pink. Normally I would be disappointed by this, but the color is so pretty that it didn't matter! I added a darker pink to the outer line of my lips and I loved how it turned out. This is a great staple shade.
Finally the lashes!! I was so happy that I was able to get them on. The natural lashes from Ardell were perfect for me because my lashes just looked thicker, so you couldn't really tell that I had any on. These would be perfect for an everyday look.
Overall, I was very impressed with all of these products. I definitely want to go back and try other shades of both the blush and liner. I would love to hear some of your favorite shades from NYX down below.
